DISCOUNTS
REFERRAL DISCOUNT
For every client you refer to me who books a 20, 30, or 40 photo session, you will receive a 25% discount on the total invoice price for your next photography session. (One referral discount per photography session.)
PUNCTUALITY DISCOUNT
If I am more than 5 minutes late to our scheduled appointment, I will give you a 10% discount off of the total invoiced amount for that photography session.*

VOLUME DISCOUNT
For every three photography sessions you schedule with me during a calendar month, you will receive a 50% discount off the total invoiced price for the fourth photography session scheduled that calendar month.
THE FINE PRINT
Payment is due at time of the photography session prior to commencement of photography services. Photographer accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. If payment is not made at the time of the photography session, photographer will invoice you immediately following the photography session and payment must be made before images or other services are delivered. There is a cancellation and rescheduling fee of $75 if you cancel less than 24 hours of the appointment time or both client and photographer have determined the property is unacceptable for photographing at the time of the appointment. There is no cancellation fee if we need to reschedule due to inclement weather. Photographer cannot move furniture or provide any staging services. A travel fee calculated as the IRS mileage rate to and from photographer’s home to and from the appointment location applies for all locations outside of Orange County. Client will be notified of any travel fees at the time of booking. Your hiring of Eric Norton Photography is contingent on acceptance of the full Real Estate Photography Agreement.
*Punctuality discount does not apply if photographer informs client he will be late more than one hour in advance of scheduled appointment time or client (including client’s agents, representatives, team members, or associates) provide photographer with an incorrect address for the scheduled appointment. Punctuality discount does not apply for photography sessions scheduled in any beach city on weekends between May and October.
