REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
PUNCTUALITY DISCOUNT

On time. Every time.

One of the most common reasons I hear from my clients about why they’re looking for a new photographer is not because they were unhappy with the quality of the photos, but because their previous real estate photographer was unreliable.

In this business, it pays to be on time. You have a busy schedule. Clients to meet. Open houses to attend. Brokerage meetings to participate in. The last thing you want to do is wait around a house for the photographer to show up.

Like you, I value the lost art of arriving on time for an appointment. In fact, I’m so obsessed with it that I created the Eric Norton Photography Punctuality Discount. It’s pretty simple, but I’d love to tell you more about it.

The Punctuality Discount goes a little something like this. If I’m more than 5 minutes late to our scheduled photography session, you get 10% off the total invoice price. No matter how many photos you’ve ordered, no matter if you also added on a Matterport 3D tour, video, elevated or drone photography, floor plan, or property website, you get 10% off the total price.

There are a couple of caveats, of course. I photograph a lot of properties in counties outside of Orange County and, as you know, sometimes the traffic can be unforgiving. So the discount does not apply if I let you know I’m going to be late more than one hour before our scheduled real estate photography session. I’ve also carved out an exception for weekends in beach cities from May to October because, well, it’s no fun finding parking on the Balboa Peninsula on a Saturday afternoon in July. Been there, done that.

But other than those two very narrow exceptions, the Punctuality Discount is always in effect regardless of if you’re scheduling me for a shoot in Santa Ana, San Diego, Riverside, or Pasadena. If I’m late, you get money off your invoice. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me.
